Who we are.
The House of Markus Fellowship (HoMF) is our integrated auxiliary, a private, members-only teaching fellowship created to help people align spiritual conviction with lawful structure. We are ministry, not commerce. Our work is offered for contributions that support the church. HoMF exists to educate, equip, and steward: we teach members how to protect mission, family, and property while walking in love, peace, and responsibility.
What we offer.
HoMF designs and delivers private, unincorporated structures and practical education so members can operate with clarity and order. Offerings include: (1) private irrevocable discretionary trusts for personal and real property; (2) our 2021 three-part model, a non-501(c)(3) church under 26 U.S.C. § 508(c)(1)(A) with a PMA (unincorporated association) integrated auxiliary and an ecclesiastic trust; (3) stand-alone PMAs; and (4) self-litigation support (education, templates, and process coaching—we do not provide legal advice or representation; we teach from our experiences and suggest hiring a lawyer for any legal issues and advice). We also support operation and defense of these private organizations through governance documents, minutes, policies, and recordkeeping.
How it works (and why it’s different).
Every full package is personally created by Robert Michael as ministry through HoMF, with a parallel DIY path available for half the contribution. Our advantage is real-world use: 14+ years of filings, hearings, and defending private unincorporated organizations, including support for well-known alternative media figures. We focus on grounded law, jurisdiction, due process, fiduciary duty, and the distinction between natural identity and legal identity/estate, so members understand both the structure and the record behind it. The Fellowship runs on a custom, private platform (document generator, growing law library, member forum, mobile access), built and held in trust for durability and privacy.
When and where to begin.
If you’re seeking a lawful, private framework to steward your calling, family, and property and to conduct your healing or ministry work without commerce, start with the House of Markus Fellowship. We host bi-monthly Wednesday evening webinars (8:00 pm ET) for member education and live Q&A, and provide ongoing support inside the private portal.
