Join The Lotus Center for a series of Zoom sessions as we explore together the foundational question: Who Am I? You already are what you have been seeking. This is what we overlook.
From the Unity of Divine Creation Ministry Declaration: We honor each individual's unique experience by supporting their personal journey from one of belief to one of knowing and understanding their existence as a divine, individuated expression of God.
Understanding: there is an Absolute Self and a relative self - which one is real? The purpose of our exploration is to realize the Absolute Self and to build a “bridge” to the relative self of mind, personality, ego, body, and time/space. All spiritual teachings aim to transform our identity from a separate physical being to one who is united with the Creator.
For the Absolute Self, there is no development or progress. No seeking. No suffering. No attaining. From the perspective of the relative self, there is suffering, seeking and attaining. Yet we need the relative self to do our work, fulfill our calling, realize our purpose here on earth. Therein lies the paradox of our existence.
Questions We Explore in This Series
- Who am I?
- What is the relationship between mind, imagination, and focused attention?
- How do I create my reality?
- What is the difference between belief and knowing?
- What is the difference between personal truth and Absolute Truth?
