One of the focused dedications of our ministry is helping people strengthen their personal relationship with God. To help connect people across all faiths, I enjoy speaking in the context of The Law.
In this cosmology, God, The Creator, created The Law; which are the rules that govern what can and can not happen. It then introduces itself into its creation as consciousness, and through a certain level of free will imbued to the individuated consciousness at any given level, actions are taken which through the operation The Law result in certain outcomes. The consciousness takes another free will action, setting off another series of events, and so on and so forth. The Law dictates what is possible based on the inputs. There are infinite nuances to this, but this is the overview.
Meditating on, understanding, and integrating the operations of The Law into our being are in my opinion an excellent method to help us get closer to God. If, as divine creations, our consciousness is a bridge to God, then gaining a broader understanding of our personal consciousness and how it interacts with The Law as well as other consciousnesses (God-selves) around it can be an effective means to bringing ourselves and God together on that bridge.
For the majority of us, the first steps on the road to this are doing a lot of healing and working on ourselves. We need to clear our own energy and be free of distortions that could cloud our thoughts or judgment. The other major component is to meditate on the operation of things in our lives. It could be as simple as asking ourselves 'why does one thing result in another?' As we make habits out of the healing and meditation processes our minds get clearer and our understanding on the operations of things improve as well.
As we do this a miraculous thing often happens which is one starts to identity the threads of cause and effect seem to be following a divine order. And from here, one can start to develop true faith. This is an essential component of working with The Law. And this becomes evident through another thing which often happens in this process which is understanding that our mental and emotional states project onto our reality and can have a strong impact on the way that cause and effect plays into our experience.
Throughout these periods of growth our consciousness expands, we become closer to God, and we start to have faith. And then through our faith and personal understanding of what The Law dictates as possible, we act on our own theories of its operation so that we may produce results that bring the maximum benefit for all sentient beings.
For it is my personal understanding on the operation of The Law that it dictates as possible the flourishing of all beings within creation. And it is through processes like these that some members of our ministry may find the strength to support each other as we take our own leaps of faith to do what we can to bring this to our communities and all of creation.
