Many of us would probably agree that we are in the midst of epochal upheavals in society right now. While on one level, the division is only perceived and foisted upon society, on another level the feelings for each one of us are very real.

Even the very mentally, emotionally, and spiritually prepared individuals may sometimes get swept up in the waves pouring over right now. As things heat up it's very normal to have moments when we are feeling scared or anxious. These are emotions we will all have to face as we move through these shifts and step into new, unknown or forgotten territories.

When asked for advice on how to handle such things, it can be one of the most difficult things to do. "Have patience, and persevere, I'm here for you" is the brief of it. But, this is the true test. Each person has to do the individual work to believe, and then know, that "everything will be okay." That's in quotes, because it's obviously relative, but that's the gist of it.

It's a challenge to do, but in principle it is obvious. If you are "feeling nervous" or "feeling anxious" you want to replace that with "feeling happy." It is a training of the mind, and an integration with the heart. And it has to happen for each person through themselves.

Lately, there is a "central thought" though, which I remind myself of, that helps me align with the strength of mind and heart to live free of fear. Today, we share it on this website on the off chance that it ever helps another person in their own work towards personal self-mastery.

I have faith that if I live my life in alignment with The Will of The Divine that I will experience minimal suffering and be provided for in abundant measure by the mechanisms of The Law.

The Will of The Divine, is interpreted as living such that every thought, every action, is such that it results in the maximum benefit for all sentient beings. The Law is that which governs all of existence. It is a very simple statement, but to meditate on it, pick it apart, embody each phrase, and understand what that means for you might help provide you with the fortitude to know "everything will be okay." That very well may be the first step for us to actually making it that way.

So, "have patience, and persevere" - we're here for you :)
